Study Information
Participants
Inclusion criteria
All patients aged 18-70 years that have an indication for implant supported fixed single or
multiple tooth replacement or implant-supported removable prosthesis are eligible to participate
in this study. This study will also include patients with immediate implant placement and implant
placement after implant failure.
Exclusion criteria
Inadequate oral hygiene, physical inability, pregnancy, a history of radiotherapy in the head
and neck region and language barriers are reasons to exclude patients from the study
population. Patients who receive soft tissue grafts or need a bone augmentation prior to
dental implant placement with harvesting autogenous bone from intraoral are also excluded.
Study Type
Multicenter
This project is a multicenter prospective cohort study with use of questionnaires.
Throughout the study, the clinicians and participants will be required to fill in brief digital questionnaires at multiple time-points.
This study will be conducted simultaneous with the research group in Madrid in Spain.

We aim to include 1000 patients via approximately 20 -30 dental implant practices
